Athyn's son, Varvur, is held captive in the Venim Manor, accused of murder. Head to Venim Manor and enter the Right Wing. There's a guard there, as well as a note and key on a bench. You can try to avoid the guard if you want, but I'd recommend killing him, as well as the two in the entrance area as you leave the Right Wing. Re: Nerano Manor Key what i usually do is get the side quest from the guy at moonmoth(the one about the 'little story' and the commana tong) and then i taunt the servant into attacking me, just. OK, so Sovor and the Nerano Manor boss (forget his name right now) are supposed to have a key to an upstairs room. I need the key for a quest. Sovor don't like me much (most of these blue skinned, red-eyed bastards hate me), but neither of the guys are showing any kind of key or 'ask for key' option. The option to get the key from sovor trandel is either 'my job' or 'nerano manor' i dont remember which one, but if you bribe him till his disposition is 70 he will give you the key.
Once Kiseena had determined which of the huts of Hla Oad was known as Fatleg's Drop-Off, Kiseena sat to have dinner and then continued on out of town. Why? Because the idea of an armored adventurer stopping in town for a simple meal was now foremost in the minds of those who lived in the swamp-town. Few would suspect that Kiseena was waiting in the bushes in the distance for nightfall.Once the dark of night had fallen with the added darkness of the clouds overhead, Kiseena returned to town. With armor left in the bushes in a memorable spot, Kiseena was able to move more quickly, and more silently. Into Fatleg's Drop-Off this one went, and quickly was the search for Habasi's missing artifacts. The lock on their hiding place was simple to bypass, and curious fingers found the items that Sugar-Lips had misplaced. The chest was re-locked and Kiseena slipped out again, into the wild and with Ra'Zhid none the wiser.
Dispite being night-time still, Kiseena did not wish to wait in Hla Oad until Azurah returned the morning. Instead, the hidden armor was again collected and Kiseena retraced her path to the river Odai and then north to the safety of Balmora.
Sugar-Lips Habasi was very happy to have her misplaced dwarven artifacts back, and gave Kiseena expensive lock-picks and trap-picks. She also must have seen how tired Kiseena was from traveling back and then forth in the dead of night and so sent this one up to one of the South Wall's beds for a well-deserved nap. With any luck, there will be a window to bathe Kiseena's bed in warm sunlight...

The Thieves Guild is dedicated to the gathering and training of those who are stealthy and shadowy in nature. Although criminal by its very definition, for untold years, local authorities in places throughout Tamriel have tolerated the existence of the guild for its role as 'crime regulator', as it does not tolerate competition or egregious conduct from its members (not to mention the personal financial benefits for authorities who play nice). It is usually considered to be a distinctly Imperial entity, though of course other organizations of the Empire do not officially condone their actions.
Like any trade guild, the Thieves Guild is an organization of professionals, except that in this case the professionals are burglars, robbers, pickpockets, smugglers, and other enterprising operators. They typically don't have public guild halls, but sometimes have safe-houses, and members tend to gather at a single location in large towns, such as at a cornerclub, inn, or tavern. Typically, members are bound not to rob each other, kill anyone while thieving, or rob the poor. The Thieves Guild usually has the resources to bribe officials, establish a black market of stolen goods, and maintain a network of informants. For historical information, see the Lore article. Look for guild operatives in Ald'ruhn, Balmora, Sadrith Mora, and Vivec.
Relations with other factions of Morrowind are generally poor, with neutral or slightly friendly relations with the Mages Guild and Imperial Cult. Their mortal enemy is the Camonna Tong.

Guild Conflicts
![Nerano Nerano](/uploads/1/1/8/8/118821818/643119723.jpg)
There is a conflict between the Fighters Guild and the Thieves Guild. This conflict appears during The Code Book quest given by Eydis Fire-Eye in Balmora. Being a member of the Thieves Guild makes the quest harder to complete. If you're not already in the Thieves Guild, then once you complete this quest, you will no longer be able to join. See the quest page for The Code Book for further details.
